It's been about a month now, and i'm finally getting settled in to my new apartment and job. I've been doing a bit of hiking and taken a break from game design, but am excited to resume where I left off.
So I was looking over the last tutorials I did before taking a break, and it looks like I left off with File IO, Camera GUI for Oculus Rift, and Collider Distance 2d for Unity 5.6. To start the tutorials back up again i'll be introducing stacks and queues in C#, interacting with objects in Oculus Rift, and then working on resuming my Unity Odds and Ends tutorials with some miscellaneous game design topics.
For my current game development i'm going back over the Oculus Rift game that I was working on, and figuring out a new way to accomplish the system that i'd been working on for a few weeks prior. I'm also looking at reworking some of the gameplay mechanics as well. More details as I get closer to a releasable game.
I've still been playing the crap out of Clash Royale and Clash of Clans lately. I think i'm getting worse at Clash Royale, and the new bat update hasn't really helped me any. I logged onto the Oculus store and saw that there are a few new games. I may or may not release videos.
I changed the theme of the website to a lighter theme. I think it looks better, but there may be some parts that don't show up due to the new theme. If there are, please let me know so that I can get it fixed. Other than that, hope you are all having a great summer, I look forward to releasing some new videos!
